3 Tips to Forge Ahead of the Financial Flop

I’m sure everyone reading this is bored of the doom and gloom, fed up with the whining and frustrated with the economy. But are you sitting back hoping it all works out or are you forging ahead and keeping on track? Find out how to forge ahead of the financial flop right now…

Onwards And Upwards..

If you’re determined to remain positive, to be strong and to keep moving forward in your life here are 3 top tips to help you build momentum: -

1. Face The Fear

Obviously fear is scary and it can make you want to run in the opposite direction but the best thing to do is to acknowledge the fear and face the facts. The problem with fear is that it can cause you to panic which in turn magnifies the problem, especially when shared with other people.

The key point here is to acknowledge what you are fearful of and then come to grips with the facts of the situation and their potential consequences on you. Don’t get caught up in the media hype!

2. Perspective

In times like these it’s human nature to focus on what’s scarce, what you’re losing or lacking. By doing this you will find that fear, anger and frustration start to creep in as a consequence. To shift your perspective focus on what you DO have and what you ARE grateful for. Remember, gratitude is the key to attracting prosperity!

3. Pick Your Response

The fact is that YOU are responsible for your emotional state and how you feel about the credit crisis. It’s not what happens in the media or in reality that will make or break you, it’s your response to those events. Your future depends on the decisions you make and the actions you take so choose your response wisely and stay in the driving seat rather than letting yourself be swept along in the doom and gloom.

I challenge you to take action on these 3 points today and to ‘pass it on’ (thank you Jamie Oliver!) so that everyone around you starts thinking and acting more positively. The snowball effect can work both ways and I for one am keen to change the direction it’s currently rolling in!
